Work From Home Airline Schedule Coordinator – $17–$22hr

About the Role

We are hiring a Remote Airline Schedule Coordinator to manage crew scheduling, shift assignments, and flight coverage logistics for a regional or major US airline. You will coordinate directly with pilots, flight attendants, and operations teams to ensure all flights are properly staffed and schedule gaps are resolved quickly.

What You Will Do

• Monitor crew scheduling systems for coverage gaps due to sick calls, delays, and schedule changes
• Contact available reserve crew members and coordinate assignment to open flights
• Ensure all scheduling decisions comply with FAA rest and duty time regulations
• Update crew scheduling systems in real time and communicate changes to all affected parties
• Maintain shift logs, crew availability records, and daily operations reports
• Escalate unresolvable coverage issues to the Chief Pilot or Director of Operations

Requirements

• High school diploma; aviation or business coursework preferred
• 1–3 years of crew scheduling, workforce management, or airline operations experience
• Familiarity with crew scheduling software (AIMS, Sabre Crew, or similar)
• Strong decision-making under time pressure; calm in high-stress operational situations
• Available for rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
