Job Title                                  : VMware Tanzu & Kubernetes Engineer

Location                                 : Seattle, WA (Remote)

Duration                                 : 6 Months

Rate                                          : $64/Hr on W2

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 4+

Job Responsibilities:

·         Design, deploy, and manage VMware Tanzu environments.

·         Deploy, scale, and maintain Kubernetes clusters.

·         Containerize applications and migrate them to Kubernetes.

·         Monitor system performance and improve reliability and scalability.

·         Troubleshoot issues in Tanzu and Kubernetes environments.

·         Work with development teams to support application deployments.

·         Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

·         Participate in solution design, product evaluation, testing, and implementation.

·         Be available to support a 24x7 production environment when required.

Required Skills

·         Strong experience with VMware Tanzu and Kubernetes.

·         Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization platforms.

·         Hands-on experience with vRA Pipelines and NSX/AVI Load Balancers.

·         Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, YAML, Python, and Ansible.

·         Experience with Datadog, Flux, and Helm Charts.

·         Good understanding of SDLC and application architecture.

·         Strong troubleshooting and system performance optimization skills.

·         Experience working with cross-functional development teams.

·         Ability to lead technical discussions, solution planning, and implementation.
