General Summary:

The Vice President is responsible for overseeing and executing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organizations goals and objectives. The Vice President will function as a strategic partner to leadership and play a critical role in fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.  This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with four days per week in the office and one day per week working remotely. 

Essential Job Functions:

      Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company business objectives.

      Analyze workforce trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve talent acquisition, retention, and engagement.

      Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.

      Develop and implement succession planning and career development initiatives.

      Serve as a trusted advisor to employes and managers, addressing workplace concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.

      Advise senior management on HR-related issues and provide strategic input on organizational design and workforce planning.

      Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.

      Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

      Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.

      Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

      Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

      Perform related duties as assigned.
