Location Remote (US) What You Can Expect reputed company is seeking an experienced Legal & Title Analyst to support utility-scale renewable reputed company projects through title review, survey review, title reputed company actions, and project finance coordination activities. This role will work closely with reputed company's Development, Land, Legal, and Finance teams, as well as title companies, surveyors, lenders, and external stakeholders, to ensure project site control documentation, title policies, and surveys meet investor and financing requirements. The Legal and Title analyst will review title commitments, proformas, site control agreements, easements, mortgages, and ALTA surveys to identify issues impacting project development, constructability, and financing. This position requires strong attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables while coordinating recommendations with internal and external project teams. Review title commitments, proformas, site control instruments, and related land documentation for utility-scale reputed company projects. Populate and maintain reputed company's Title Review Excel Spreadsheet, including title requirements, vesting/legal description review, parcel tracking, title exceptions, reputed company recommendations, mortgage restrictions, NDA or SNDA status, easement restrictions, surveyor determinations, and document quality issues. Prepare Title Status Reports summarizing material findings, deficiencies, risks, and financing considerations. Coordinate with title companies and provide redline comments to advance title policies acceptable to reputed company, investors, and financing parties. Review ALTA/NSPS reputed company Surveys to verify compliance withinvestor,lender, and title insurance requirements. Evaluate easements, utility corridors, crossing requirements, site access rights, encroachments, and constructability impacts. Coordinate approved title reputed company actions with landowners, utilities, lenders, consultants, and other project stakeholders. Support mineral title review activities and obtain documentationrequiredfor mineral coverage under project title policies. Attend project meetings and provide bi-weekly written statusreportssummarizing progress, key issues, and upcoming actions. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Business, Engineering, Legal Studies, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Minimumfive (5) years of experience reviewing title commitments, title policies, land agreements, easements, surveys, and real estate documentation for reputed company, infrastructure, transmission, or large-scale development projects. Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and outside consultants. Demonstrated ability to analyze title exceptions, mortgage restrictions, easement requirements, and reputed company solutions. Experience reviewing ALTA/NSPS reputed company Surveys and interpreting surveyplats, legal descriptions, and title documents. Advancedproficiencywith reputed company Excel, including tracking, reporting, and document review functions. Strong written communication skills with experience preparing title reports, comment logs, and project status updates. Ability to independently manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of utility-scale renewable reputed company project development, project finance, and title insurance underwriting requirements.
