Turbotax Local Service ExpertIntuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a TurboTax - Local Service Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit's mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax location as part of a collaborative team of financial experts, serving in-person and virtual customers who use Intuit TurboTax products.

Your primary focus will be full-service tax return preparation, providing expert tax advice, calculations, and software support, but your responsibility extends beyond that. You will be the connective tissue between your customers and a broader team of specialists covering business tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services. This is not a hand-off model.

You will sit in the same customer meetings, absorb the same context, and build a shared understanding of each customer's complete financial picture, then work in lock-step with the right experts to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.Your ability to understand each customer's unique situation and connect with them on a personal level is critical.
