Shortage Control Lead

<p>The Shortage Control Lead at Burlington Stores is a critical role that requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual. The successful candidate will possess the ability to lead a team, navigate complex processes, and possess the agility to think both strategically and tactically. We are looking for someone who is capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment and has the ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least five years of experience in supply chain management. This position requires strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Develop and execute strategies to ensure the effective management of inventory and supply chain operations. Implement and monitor processes to ensure the accuracy of inventory and supply chain operations. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement. Analyze data to identify trends and identify potential opportunities or risks within the organization. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of inventory and supply chain operations. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and timely delivery of materials. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to ensure the highest level of customer service. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
