Shipping Executive

- Prepare and manage all import/export documentation: invoice, packing list, BL, CO, K1/K2/K9, etc.
- Coordinate with customs, port authorities, forwarders, and relevant government agencies (MITI, SIRIM, CIDB, etc.).
- Manage e-permit applications and ensure compliance with customs regulations & procedures.
- Liaise with the warehouse and production team to ensure Job Orders are closed timely for invoicing.
- Monitor shipping schedules, track shipments, and handle any delays or clearance issues.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and internal use.
- Support in cost control for freight, duties, and related shipping charges.
- Ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers or between branches.
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipment/delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in shipping & customs clearance.
- Experience in KASTAM are prioritise.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, HS Code, MITI, e-Permit, JKDM system.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments at once.
- Good communication skills in English &
Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and good in problem-solving.
