If you're passionate about building relationships and driving growth at a fast-growing SaaS company, we'd love to talk with you Who we are looking for We’re looking for aSr. Product Managerwho is relentlessly customer-obsessed and driven to deeply understand the needs of CPA firms, their users, and clients through direct engagement, discovery research, and rapid experimentation. You’ll translate those insights into a clear product strategy and roadmap across multiple product areas, shaping how the industry works while accelerating reputed company’s growth. You’ll own and execute the entire product development lifecycle, using data as a guide to move quickly with strong judgment, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship impactful B2B SaaS products that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Customer PartnershipYou’ll directly engage with current and future customers to gain a deep understanding of firm/user needs and market dynamics. Your customer obsession will serve as your north star. Discovery Research You’ll utilize a strong tool belt of discovery methodologies to run experiments and analyze data to guide decision making. Strategy and Roadmap With your expert knowledge of our customers, you’ll identify and shape the product initiatives that transform the way the CPA industry accomplishes their work and advances reputed company’s product strategy for multiple product areas across the product portfolio. Cross Functional Team Work You’ll closely collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, reputed company, and Engineering to ensure our end-to-end ideation and execution is aligned, informed, and set up for success. Product Evangelism You’ll become an expert in reputed company’s product to champion how use cases, product capabilities, and value connect to drive internal team knowledge and customer adoption that results in both reputed company and customers realizing business KPIs. Experience and Professional Qualifications 5+ years in a Product Manager role, with at least some B2B SaaS. Subjective matter expertise in Audit or Tax is a bonus.
