Job Description:

  • Translate high-level company objectives into actionable quarterly sales goals
  • Audit sales funnels and support the buildout of new systems and processes
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI to maximize productivity
  • Report to a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Analytics teams to achieve operational success

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales/business planning, strategy & operations, business consulting, or analytics
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and hitting goals
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets; SQL and Excel experience is required
  • Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
