Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing and delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment. This role includes assessment, care planning, supervision of nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
  • Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with Texas Health & Human Services (HHSC) regulations

Qualifications:

  • Current, active RN license in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality care

  • Full-time
  • 6am - 2pm Monday through Friday
