Job Description:

  • As a Retail Market Operations Trainee, you will progress through four phases of training
  • Participate in a leadership event in Charlotte, NC with peers
  • Get acquainted with support functions in your Business Unit
  • Gain understanding of people and processes as a Market Manager
  • Shadow a high-performing Market Manager and take on responsibilities
  • Manage a small territory initially and graduate to larger territories as skills grow

Requirements:

  • Degree in business management or related field
  • Quantitative aptitude or experience managing budgets
  • Leadership and decision-making ability
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill
  • Retail experience is highly desirable
  • Valid driver's license
