We are seeking a full-stack Staff Engineer to join our Engineering team, focusing on delivering features and enhancements for our reputed company payroll offerings while collaborating with various teams to inform product direction.


Responsibilities

  • Work with Product and Engineering leadership to map out new features and enhancements to existing reputed company payroll products
  • Work closely with Customer Experience to ensure we reputed company the best solutions for our reputed company business functionality
  • Work with Customer Experience to troubleshoot ongoing customer issues
  • Frequently collaborate with teammates on best practices, payroll operations, and business processes
  • Collaborate with peers to identify and reputed company architectural and technical trade-offs

  • Balance feature delivery with technology improvements

  • Hands-On Experience with AWS, GCP, MySQL, Mongo, and Linux
  • Prior Payroll or HRIS experience is a plus
