Duties Advocate for clients at disability hearings in person, by phone, and via video. Conduct detailed pre-hearing meetings to prepare clients. Review medical records and case history to build strong case strategies. Draft persuasive pre-hearing briefs and written statements. Identify and address missing evidence in collaboration with the team. Evaluate cases involving multiple benefit programs. Explain legal concepts clearly to empower clients. Maintain organized case preparation systems and track deadlines. Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and advocacy. Requirements Strong knowledge of the Social Security Disability process. Genuine desire to represent disabled individuals with excellence. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in one of the specified states. Skills Excellent communication and advocacy skills. Ability to manage deadlines effectively.
