- Build strong relationships with clients through high-quality customer service
- Maintain and organize client documentation using our digital tools
- Conduct virtual meetings and consultations with prospective and existing clients
- Meet personal and team-based performance goals
Skills
- No previous experience required—just a willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students/grads welcome)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using technology platforms such as Zoom, email, and CRM tools
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S
