Therapeutic Transitions & Associates is seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health practice.

We are looking for a provider who is passionate about serving individuals, couples, families, veterans, and underserved populations while working collaboratively with a supportive clinical team.

Position Details

• Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Pay Rate: $65 per completed session
• Location: Hybrid / Telehealth and In-Person opportunities available
• Schedule Flexibility: Full-time or part-time options
• Population Served: Adolescents, Adults, Couples, Veterans, and First Responders

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with therapists and clinical leadership
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Provide compassionate, ethical, and culturally responsive care
• Participate in occasional team meetings and clinical collaboration

Qualifications

• Active Texas PMHNP license and DEA registration
• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Experience in outpatient mental health preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
