Production Operator (West Salem, Wisconsin)
Auto Import<strong>Position Summary<br><br></strong>Production Operators perform light to medium manufacturing work in a fast-paced production environment. Employees may work in punch press, molding, adhesive/shear operations, assembly, finishing, inspection, overtender, or washer feeder areas.<br><br>Work is primarily performed in a standing position and involves loading and unloading parts, inspecting products for quality, completing production documentation, and following safety procedures.<br><br>Available Shifts<br><br>1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.<br><br>2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m.<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Follow all shop cards, HF-015 procedures, VSW instructions, and safety guidelines</li><li> Operate punch presses and other production equipment safely and efficiently</li><li> Load and unload parts and materials from presses and assembly equipment</li><li> Use air or suction tools when required</li><li> Apply adhesive and assemble components as needed</li><li> Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met</li><li> Identify and separate defective or nonconforming products</li><li> Complete required production paperwork throughout the shift</li><li> Maintain a clean and organized work area, including 5S activities</li><li> Assist in other production areas as assigned<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills And Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Ability to stand for extended periods of time</li><li> Ability to lift, load, and move parts throughout the shift</li><li> Strong attention to detail and quality standards</li><li> Ability to follow written and verbal instructions</li><li> Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment</li><li> Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required<br><br></li></ul>#NEIND1
