Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Product Manager to lead website strategy, digital experience, and ecommerce optimization for a growing software organization. This fully remote opportunity is available to candidates located in the Central or Eastern Time Zones.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for multiple customer-facing websites and digital experiences.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention through data-driven product decisions.
- Lead CMS strategy, website governance, content publishing workflows, and platform enhancements.
- Own ecommerce purchase funnels, landing page strategy, merchandising, and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B testing and experimentation programs to improve customer outcomes.
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, SEO, Analytics, Content, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, product roadmaps, KPIs, and Agile backlogs.
- Leverage customer insights, analytics, and AI-assisted product development to rapidly deliver measurable business value.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5+ years of Product Management experience supporting digital products, ecommerce, SaaS, fintech, or consumer technology.
- Experience owning website strategy, CMS platforms, or digital customer experiences.
- Experience leading ecommerce purchase flows, merchandising, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on A/B testing and experimentation experience with measurable business results.
- Experience writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and working within Agile development teams.
- Experience collaborating daily with Engineers, UX Designers, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms, Jira (or similar), and Figma collaboration.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar to accelerate product delivery.
- Candidates must reside within the Central or Eastern Time Zones.
