Product Manager, Payments

Driving the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Product Manager, Payments will manage user experience, define operational processes, and execute go-to-market strategies while collaborating with various departments and stakeholders in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Own the development and management of the Cloaked Pay suite, ensuring user experience and growth Define and implement internal operations and processes for the successful launch and operation of Cloaked Pay Collect and analyze product data to adapt and enhance the product based on consumer insights Required qualifications Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup environment Proven track record of scaling products in the fintech industry Strong data skills, including proficiency in SQL for metric analysis and visualization Knowledge of payments fundamentals, including ACH, Debit, and Credit Card systems Experience with go-to-market strategies and running product experiments
