Role Description The Jet Charter Broker is a full-time, on-site role based in Ronkonkoma, NY. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end charter process, including responding to client inquiries, preparing customized charter proposals, and securing suitable aircraft options. The Jet Charter Broker will negotiate pricing and terms with operators, coordinate flight logistics, and ensure accurate documentation and confirmations. Daily activities include maintaining client relationships, prospecting new business, updating CRM records, and collaborating with operations and sales teams to deliver a seamless travel experience. The role also involves monitoring flight status, addressing any day-of-travel issues, and providing high-quality, timely communication to clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to understand and respond to individual client needs.
  • Sales, negotiation, and business development skills to generate leads, close charter deals, and grow the client base.
  • Organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills for handling multiple inquiries, proposals, and flights simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with clients, operators, and internal teams.
  • Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, booking platforms, and standard office software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make sound decisions, and solve problems under time pressure.
  • Availability to support clients outside standard business hours as needed, and willingness to work on-site in Ronkonkoma, NY.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
