A well-known retail brand is hiring part-time Sales Associates for flexible positions at busy store locations. Retail sales associates are the face of the brand — they greet customers, help them find products, answer product questions, and ensure every person who walks in has a great shopping experience. What You Will Do

• Greet customers at the door or on the sales floor and assist them in finding products that match their needs
• Answer product questions accurately, make recommendations, and upsell complementary items in a natural, non-pressured way
• Process purchases at the POS including cash, card, gift card, and mobile payment transactions
• Assist with merchandise restocking, organizing display fixtures, and folding or hanging product throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor — returning items to their correct location and keeping the fitting room tidy
• Process online order pickups, exchanges, and returns accurately per the store's return policy
• Assist with visual merchandising updates and promotional display changes as directed by the store manager
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned — counting the till, securing displays, and completing the shift checklist

What You Need

• Genuine enthusiasm for interacting with customers and helping them find what they are looking for
• Basic POS operation ability — counting change, processing returns, and handling transactions accurately
• Product curiosity — the best retail associates learn the inventory quickly and use that knowledge with customers
• Physical stamina for active floor work — straightening, stocking, and assisting customers throughout the shift
• Availability for at least 2 – 3 shifts per week including weekends
• Must be 16 or older — no prior retail experience required

Nice to Have

• Previous retail or customer service experience in any category
• Familiarity with retail POS systems (Shopify, Lightspeed, or brand-specific systems)
• Personal passion for the product category — footwear, apparel, beauty, home goods, etc.
