<p><strong>🚨 Urgent Hiring – Oracle Financials Roles (12-Month Contract | US-Based | Remote)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We’re partnering with a global fintech and technology organization focused on building scalable financial systems that support complex, high-volume operations across Finance, Data, Engineering, and Platform teams.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>We are currently hiring for 3 Oracle Financials roles within the same program:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>🔹 <strong>1 Senior Oracle Financials Lead (8–10+ years)</strong></p><p><strong>🔹 2 Oracle Financials Consultant (Junior/Mid Level)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>🔹 Key Requirements (Core across all roles)</p><ul><li>Strong experience in accounting transformation, solution architecture, and financial data modeling</li><li>Hands-on expertise in Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP</li><li>Experience with accounting system integrations and financial data flows</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Financial solutions</li></ul><p><br></p><p>🔹 What You’ll Do</p><ul><li>Design and support Oracle Financials solutions across FAH / GL / SLA</li><li>Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements</li><li>Develop functional and technical design documentation</li><li>Support reporting readiness and system/product launches</li><li>Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Data, and Engineering teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p>🔹 Nice to Have</p><ul><li>Exposure to FCCS, tax, or Oracle AI capabilities</li><li>Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or crypto environments</li></ul><p><br></p><p>🔹 Additional Details</p><ul><li>Remote US role (PST/CST alignment preferred)</li><li>Open to US Citizens and US work-authorized candidates</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>Hiring for our Client, Recruitment managed by EPG.</em></p>
