The role of Operation Service Concierge (OSC) at JSX is integral to the success of airport operations and the overall customer experience. As an OSC, you will be the pivotal force ensuring that aircraft are managed with the utmost care, precision, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Your responsibilities encompass a broad range of activities centered around the efficient handling of aircraft and support services at the airport. Key duties include marshalling aircraft safely to and from gates, operating ground support equipment, loading and unloading baggage and freight with great care, and assisting with international customs procedures. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and readiness by servicing aircraft lavatories, restocking supplies, and performing general upkeep tasks. A typical day in this role is dynamic and varied, requiring adaptability and proactive engagement. • Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds
• Ability to drive and operate ground equipment such as LEKTRO, aircraft tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts
• Ability to perform physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged standing
• Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends
• Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings according to DOT and FAA guidelines
