In this capacity, the role may perform defined Airport Security Coordinator duties when the primary coordinator is unavailable or when specifically directed by airport leadership. routine field inspections of curbside areas, checkpoints, sterile areas, and access points to identify compliance issues and operational concerns.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 115%;font-family: support non-operational police coordination tasks as authorized.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 115%;font-family: serif;font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: Aptos">Assist with personnel matters, coaching, documentation, onboarding, training coordination, and basic HR workflows.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 115%;font-family: serif;font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: Aptos">Review and correct shift rosters, training schedules, and coverage plans as needed.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 115%;font-family: serif;font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: Aptos">Conduct quality-control reviews of reports, security logs, and badging office documentation.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 115%;font-family: serif;font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: Aptos">Maintain and update the Airport Security Plan as directed.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 115%;font-family: serif;font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: Aptos">Maintain reimbursable and other agreements with Customs and Border Protection as directed.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 115%;font-family: serif;font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: Aptos">Oversee all aspects of the security guard contract.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 115%;font-family: serif;font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: Aptos">Oversee the badging office and all aspects of the secure identification display area badging process, including application review, media issuance, and audit support.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 115%;font-family: serif;font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: Aptos">Oversee security camera and access control systems.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 115%;font-family: serif;font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: Aptos">Procure department materials and coordinate required security training.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 115%;font-family: serif;font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: Aptos">Create daily, monthly, and annual reports related to badging activities using security and access-control systems.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 115%;font-family: serif;font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: Aptos">Review existing identification system applications for law enforcement inquiries and investigations.</span></li> <li style="line-height: 115%;font-family: serif;font-size: 14px"><span style="font-family: Aptos">Track lost badges, collect associated penalties where applicable, and generate required operational training
