Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online Administrator (GoDaddy Mig, Email Trouble & Ongoing Support)
Auto ImportWe are a small leadership development organization with a team of three that recently migrated our email from GoDaddy to Microsoft 365.
Since the migration, we've experienced several ongoing issues that we need help resolving. We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 professional who can assess our environment, identify the root causes, resolve the issues, and ideally become our trusted IT resource moving forward.
Current issues include:
Legitimate inbound emails occasionally bouncing back to senders
Email delivery inconsistencies
Reviewing Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online configuration after migration
Reviewing DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC)
Verifying mailbox settings, aliases, forwarding rules, and permissions
Reviewing Microsoft 365 security settings and best practices
Ensuring our email environment is stable, secure, and properly configured
We're looking for someone who:
Has extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
Has successfully supported GoDaddy to Microsoft 365 migrations
Understands DNS, email authentication, and mail flow
Can troubleshoot email delivery and bounce-back issues
Communicates clearly with non-technical users
Documents findings and recommendations in plain language
This engagement will begin with diagnosing and resolving our current issues. If it's a good fit, we would like to establish an ongoing relationship with someone we can contact when Microsoft 365 or email issues arise.
