<p>Are you an experienced Psychiatrist ready to shape the future of community behavioral health?</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Medical Director</strong> to lead Adult Behavioral Health services within a mission-driven organization serving approximately 2,000 patients across King County. This is a unique opportunity to combine executive leadership with a small clinical practice while driving meaningful organizational growth.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you'll oversee psychiatric operations, mentor a team of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners, lead quality and compliance initiatives, and help launch major strategic programs including Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) implementation and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Lead psychiatric operations and provider performance</li><li>Supervise a multidisciplinary psychiatric team</li><li>Drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance</li><li>Develop clinical policies and best practices</li><li>Lead strategic behavioral health initiatives</li><li>Maintain a limited outpatient psychiatric practice (approximately 10%)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>MD or DO</li><li>Board Certified Psychiatrist</li><li>Active Washington medical license</li><li>DEA registration</li><li>5+ years practicing psychiatry</li><li>2+ years of physician leadership experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Community behavioral health, integrated care, Medicaid, CCBHC, MAT, and culturally responsive care experience are highly valued.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>Monday–Friday</li><li>No weekends</li><li>Hybrid flexibility available</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul><li>$283,200–$346,400 annually</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including employer-paid medical options, retirement plans, generous paid time off, wellness benefits, and more.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you're passionate about leading high-quality behavioral health services while making a lasting impact on underserved communities, we'd love to connect.</p>
