  • Responsible for supporting customer retention for Comcast Business Services
  • Empathizes with clients to resolve outstanding issues and renew contracts
  • Minimizes churn by strategically offering product bundles
  • Proactively encourages retention by contacting clients at high propensity churn points
  • Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2-5 Years of relevant work experience
  • Sales - Customer Accounts required
  • Proficiency in Billing Tools
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook
  • Proficiency in MS Teams
