Florida Real Estate Co. is seeking experienced Residential and Commercial Real Estate Agents to join our successful, high-producing team in Indian River County.

We're looking for professionals with 3–5+ years of experience and a proven multi-million-dollar sales history who are ready to grow their business with a respected local brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions.
• Generate new business and build lasting client relationships.
• Price, market, and show properties.
• Negotiate contracts and guide clients from listing or offer through closing.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other transaction details.
• Stay current on market trends, contracts, and real estate regulations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every transaction.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License.
• 3–5+ years of real estate sales experience.
• Proven multi-million-dollar production.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian River County market.
• Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $1.00 - $114,510.00 per year
