Lead Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) - W2 (No C2C or 1099) - Remote (Posted by SAM)

Must-Have

Strong experience with:

·                 Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Real-Time CDP

·                 Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

 

Hands-on expertise in:

·                 XDM schema design (field groups, datatypes, identity namespaces)

·                 Profile enablement, segmentation, and identity stitching

·                 AEP APIs

 

Proven experience:

·                 Executing CDP POCs (segmentation, identity, ingestion validation)

·                 Evaluating impact of CDP changes on AJO journeys and CJA reporting

 

Strong data integration experience:

·                 Snowflake → AEP ingestion

·                 Data mapping and transformation

 

Working knowledge of:

·                 DBT pipelines (snapshots, incremental loads, transformations)

·                 RBAC / ABAC governance and multi-LOB data separation strategies

·                 Sandbox strategy, schema migration, and environment promotion

 

Ability to:

·                 Translate business requirements into scalable AEP architecture

·                 Analyze and troubleshoot end-to-end data flow (CDP → AJO → CJA)
