Kindergarten Teacher is responsible to foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of the children. They create joy in each child's life by teaching through play and hands-on activities and includes planning, implementing and assessing lessons.
Responsibilities
Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
Plan and prepare lesson plans to ensure the effectiveness of lessons and activities.
Provide instructions to students by promoting interactive learning.
Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc).
Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback.
Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.
Collaborate with other teachers and parents and participate in meetings as and when required.
Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.
Observe and understand students' behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is preferable for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in English and Malay. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Willing to work from 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Willing to work either in Damansara or Bukit Jalil.
