As an IT agile delivery owner lead on the Claims IT Data Integration team, you'll play a key role in helping deliver the data solutions that power Claims business outcomes. You'll collaborate with business partners, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize work, guide delivery, and ensure teams have the information they need to make informed decisions. You'll champion agile practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and help teams navigate competing priorities while maintaining a sustainable pace. You'll also mentor others, leverage delivery metrics to drive insights, and help the team continuously improve how work gets done.
This is a remote position for US-based work only with occasional travel to the Cleveland, OH area for meetings and/or training.
Schedule: 1st Shift ET, CT, or MT, Mon-Fri
Must-have qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for development team member using scrum, kanban, or other industry standard agile practices.
- {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business-related discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager or an equivalent leadership role for a development team using kanban, scrum, or other industry standard agile practices
Preferred skills
- Experience coaching teams on Kanban, flow practices, and agile ways of working to improve visibility, focus, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of agile workflow and delivery metrics (e.g., throughput, cycle time, lead time, work item age, and WIP) and the ability to use data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
- Experience partnering with data-focused, platform, backend engineering, or DevOps teams to support delivery, continuous improvement, and long-term system health.
- Experience facilitating discussions around technical debt, dependencies, operational work, changing priorities, and cross-team coordination while maintaining a sustainable pace.
- Proficiency with agile planning and delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) to visualize work, gather requirements, manage dependencies, and track delivery outcomes.
Compensation
- $120,000-$131,200/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
