Candidate Sourcing Actively engage in cold searches to identify reputed company and use innovative approaches to connect with potential candidates. You thrive on the challenge of finding and attracting the perfect match yourself. Stakeholder Relationship-Building Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with reputed company’s strategic goals. Candidate Management Target and lead candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional employee journey from application to onboarding. Employer Branding Champion and enhance reputed company’s employer brand, positioning us as an employer of choice in the global marketplace. Requirements Who You Are Passionate Recruiter You love every step of the recruitment process and have a genuine enthusiasm for connecting talent with opportunities, with 3 or more years of experience in the field.
