This role involves working remotely tosupport our internal recruitment team on a project-by-project basis. You’llplay a key role in delivering top-notch talent to our clients within agreedtimelines. What You’ll Do Collaborate with the internalrecruitment team to understand specific role requirements. Source, screen, and shortlistqualified candidates using various platforms and tools. Conduct reputed company interviews toevaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit. Provide regular updates oncandidate pipelines and progress. Ensure timely delivery ofrecruitment milestones while maintaining excellent communication throughout theprocess. Requirements What We’re Looking For Proven experience as arecruiter (1-2 years minimum), with a track record of successful placements. Strong ability to source andassess candidates across multiple industries and roles. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Results-oriented mindset, withthe ability to deliver quality outcomes within agreed timelines. Self-motivated, proactive, anddetail oriented. Access to reliable internet anda computer.
