A well-established outpatient clinic in the western Chicago suburbs is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care services for employees and their dependents. This is an excellent opportunity for providers who enjoy relationship-based care, manageable patient volumes, and a predictable schedule with no hospital responsibilities.

Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
OR
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Scope of Practice
- Annual wellness visits and preventive care
- Acute illness evaluation and treatment
- Chronic disease management
- Health education and lifestyle counseling
- Routine physicals and screenings
- Care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Coordination of specialty referrals when appropriate
Preferred Qualifications
- Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active Illinois license
- Recent primary care experience
- Current BLS certification
- Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
- Spanish-speaking providers highly preferred
- DOT Certification a plus
