monday.com is seeking experienced Account Executives specializing in CRM sales to join their new build-out in NYC to support their CRM product. This role is a quota-carrying position responsible for the full sales cycle of the CRM product within a sales-assisted motion. The Account Executive will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging their industry, sales, and product knowledge to highlight the value of monday.com's CRM product as part of their WorkOS platform. Responsibilities include leading discovery and CRM-focused demos, developing a deep understanding of the solution to connect usage to customer ROI, acting as a product owner in an agile environment, and staying updated on industry trends to effectively position monday.com against competitors.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and CRM-focused demos to align on business outcomes, while highlighting possibilities and best practices
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI
- Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to develop and deliver the #1 CRM product in the market
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scale
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
- 3+ years of experience selling a dedicated CRM SaaS solution
- Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required
- Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively position against competitors
- Demonstrate a strong adherence to process, with a passion for process improvement
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives
- Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
- Ability to build strong personal relationships, internally and externally
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Track record of success being a self-starter, results-oriented, adaptable, and inquisitive
- BA/BS degree preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience
