With this opportunity, you will be reviewing, analyzing, and applying policies, compliance guidelines, and other standards to escalated content - ensuring the highest degree of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in terms of enforcement and other related workflows.

You will learn from the best how to protect users from bullying and harmful content, while also protecting users' rights and free speech. You will also gain an insider's perspective of how social media companies operate, giving you an entry into the world of social media and tech.


Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of familiarity with client policy verticals which includes compliance guidelines.
• Review escalated and user-reported content for compliance with client policy guidelines.
• Meet and/or exceed ambitious core work targets.
• Identify global & local trends and monitor major violators in the online community.
• Respond to additional requests and projects as needed.

Requirements

• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic in both an individual and collaborative environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish or additional language is a plus
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays

Multiple openings for 2nd and 3rd shift:
- Swing Shift - 12:30pm - 6:30pm
- Night Shift - 11pm - 7:30am
