Beta test a PDF-form-filling API with Zapier

We're a small software team launching an API that turns flat PDFs into fillable forms and fills them automatically, with a brand-new Zapier integration. Before we publish the Zapier app publicly, we want experienced Zapier users to put it through its paces and tell us where it breaks or feels rough.

What you'll do:

- Connect our app in Zapier using an API key we provide

- Build a few simple Zaps using our actions (create a fillable PDF, fill a PDF from a source document, and fill an existing form)

- Run each action end-to-end with real test files we supply

- Complete a structured test checklist we give you (pass/fail for each scenario + short notes on anything confusing, broken, or slow)

What we're looking for:

- Solid hands-on Zapier experience — you've built multi-step Zaps before and understand triggers, actions, and field mapping

- A careful, detail-oriented QA mindset — you notice and clearly describe small issues

- Clear written English for your notes

- Comfortable working with an API key and basic file uploads (no coding required)

Deliverable: Our completed test checklist with your results and notes. Payment is released once the checklist is submitted and reviewed.
