Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Auto SCRA Operations Specialist will manage oversight and execution of SCRA processes, ensuring compliance and enhancing customer service through reporting, auditing, and collaboration with internal departments.
Key responsibilities:

Oversee execution of assigned SCRA processes, performing daily reporting and auditing tasks
Conduct regular process risk assessments and provide centralized oversight of SCRA operations
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve process breakdowns and present improvements to leadership

Required qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
