Assistant Warehouse Manager An ecommerce company that sells and services GPS tracking devices is seeking a full-time Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Sunrise, FL.

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on individual who takes pride in maintaining an efficient warehouse operation and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations

  • Assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management
  • Help maintain accurate inventory stock levels and organized storage areas
  • Prepare customer orders and large product shipments for Amazon warehouses
  • Assist with processing returned items and converting them into sellable condition when applicable
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized at all times
Shipping & Logistics
  • Monitor shipments and deliveries using ShipStation and other shipping platforms
  • Verify shipping accuracy and assist in ensuring timely order fulfillment
  • Prepare and process shipping paperwork and documentation
  • Help track warehouse workflow and operational efficiency
Team Support
  • Work closely with warehouse leadership to support daily operations
  • Assist team members when needed and help maintain a positive work environment
  • Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Qualifications
  • Product packing and shipping experience required
  • Previous warehouse or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and technology platforms
  • Fast computer learning abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to lift over 50 pounds
