Executive Administrative Assistant American Express – Albany, USASalary: $20‑30 per hour Key Responsibilities Manage the schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for two VPs and their executive team. Approve and reconcile VP expense reports and assist with related documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming correspondence (mail, email, phone). Coordinate onboarding and enrollment processes for new hires across the group. Maintain and update key office documents, charts, and records. Act as the SME/Champion for process improvements across GCG U.S. Support special projects and initiatives as requested. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Required Skills and Experience Minimum 2+ years of executive‑level administrative experience. Excellent time‑management, scheduling, and organizational abilities. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Amex digital platforms (e.g., Ariba, CareerTrack, MyHR, Finance) is a plus. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. High level of integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
