Amazon FBA Specialist (Full-Time, Long-Term) - Contract to Hire
Auto ImportWe are seeking a results-driven, full-time Amazon FBA Specialist who has hands-on experience managing and scaling Amazon FBA accounts. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate can hit the ground running, take ownership of Seller Central operations, and actively contribute to growth, performance optimization, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA operations in Seller Central
Monitor and forecast inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock fees
Create and execute FBA inbound shipment plans, resolve reconciliation issues, and handle supplier coordination
Identify new product opportunities, launch strategies, and category expansion plans
Stay updated on Amazon policy changes and ensure full compliance
Track and improve key performance metrics:
- Sales velocity
- Buy Box %
- Organic ranking
- Review velocity
- Account health
Requirements
- Substantial Amazon FBA experience - you must have personally managed and scaled FBA accounts to meaningful revenue.
- Minimum 1+ years of direct, hands-on Amazon FBA experience
- Excellent analytical skills: comfortable with data, Excel/Google Sheets, and performance reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities (e.g., handling IP complaints, suppression issues, stranded inventory)
- High Energy: Proactive, execution-focused, and able to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- High Intelligence: Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, Excel, and Google Sheets to make informed decisions.
- High Integrity: Takes ownership, communicates honestly, and does the right thing even when it’s not the easiest option.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, long-term position

Required schedule:
- Core Hours: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM PST
- Flexible Hours: Additional 4 hours daily
- Monday to Friday (8 hours/day)
