Employees in this position rotate through various key duties such as check-in assistance, boarding coordination, security screening support, and acting as a ground security coordinator to facilitate communication between ground teams and flight crews. • High school diploma or GED
• Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds
• Capability to perform intermittent physical activities such as bending, reaching, and prolonged standing
• Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Willingness to undergo initial and random drug and alcohol screenings as per DOT and FAA guidelines
• Certification as Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) with training for customer and baggage security screening
