Administer injectable treatments including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane). Develop customized treatment plans based on individual patient goals and facial anatomy. Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions to ensure optimal results and minimize risks. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment history and progress notes. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements, techniques, and products in aesthetic medicine through continuing education. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient safety and care. Promote other services and products offered by the medical spa to enhance patient outcomes and clinic revenue. Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all patients. Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia . Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an RN, with at least 1 year specifically in aesthetic injections. Proven proficiency and expertise in administering Botox, Dysport, and various types of dermal fillers. Solid understanding of facial anatomy, physiology, and the aging process. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patient-counseling skills. Aesthetic eye and ability to achieve natural-looking results. Strong commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical practice. BLS certification required. Experience with other aesthetic treatments (e.g., laser, microneedling) is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays, in Richmond .
