Accountant Staff Revenue Accounting

<p>The Staff Accountant assists in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of JetBlue’s internal and external reporting by recording and reconciling assigned financial activity, specifically for revenue streams associated with interline and codeshare partnerships. Responsible for the accounting of revenue associated with interline and codeshare partnerships. Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis and resolve any reconciling items on a timely basis. Assist with the testing of accounting systems to ensure accurate accounting and reporting. Ensure internal controls are effectively maintained for revenue related areas. Contribute to the set up and tracking of new revenue sources and initiatives. Support Manager and Senior Accountant on special projects as needed. Support internal and external audits. Interface with internal and external customers, including crewmembers, independent auditors, and business partners.</p><p>JetBlue Airways is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
